"The Union Programs and Activities Committee (UPAC) is a committee of the Rensselaer Union Executive Board dedicated to providing the RPI student community with entertainment. To accomplish this, the committee is broken up into subcommittees. There are five subcommittees of UPAC: Cinema, Comedy, Concerts, Grand Marshal Week, and Winter Carnival. Each of these work toward the goal written in their name to support programming on campus." SITE
